Where a machine is likely to be out of action for more than working 9 hours, we will install a replacement machine completely free of charge until your own unit is returned. In the case of networked products, we provide comprehensive Software maintenance agreements to ensure your network is fully protected and system reliability is maintained.

All the equipment we supply is covered by our comprehensive five-year parts guarantee, subject to our standard Service Agreements and furthermore, if the equipment purchased or leased from us can be reasonably deemed, within three years of installation, not to be performing the function for which it was intended, we will replace it with an identical or similar model free of charge.
