We won the tender to supply the National Lottery Charities Board against a number of major manufacturers, including Xerox who were the existing supplier.

We achieved this because we were able to supply the most cost effective solution for their needs due to our solution development expertise.

The requirement was for a solution that provided 20 multi-functional machines that would significantly increase the efficiency of their related working capabilities.

After carefully analysing their exact requirements, we developed a highly effective solution package, offering significant cost savings based on market leading multi-functional technology that provides for their immediate and long term future requirements.

 

In addition to the equipment aspect, we also offered the most efficient and effective dealer support with our standard, guaranteed, 4 - hour service response call-out agreement.

This provided the customer with an immediate response in the event of a service issue and as standard with all our agreements, if any of their equipment cannot be repaired within a reasonable length of time, we will install a replacement machine, totally free of charge.

Along with the ability to reduce the operational cost base, equipment “ down time “ was a critical factor for this customer. Our service provision provided the most effective and reliable solution for their specific requirements and concerns and, very significantly, was also the most cost effective option in the tender.
